Step One: The initial consultation – This is where we assess the scope of the project and answer all your design questions

Step Two: Completion and signing of design contract which will outline the scope of the project, designer’s fees and responsibilities and clients’ responsibilities and expectations.

Step Three: First design meeting which integrates the budget, time frame, and vision of both designer and client according to lifestyle and budget. This is where all concerns and ideas are addressed and noted.

Step Four: Accurate on site measurements are taken so that three different options of space plans and furniture layouts can be executed.

Step Five: We will source and hire all the trades required and then select finishes, colour schemes, furniture, window coverings, accessories and any other necessary products.

There will be quotes from at least two different contractors for competitive pricing which also applies to all finishes, furniture, materials and fabrics so that your concept translates into a reality.
